bugs in prints

Hi
i have some problems with some files in office (word,
excel, access)

the problem is when i print this files i found its verry
bad not like what i seen in the print preview befor i
print , i find some strange things intersected and some
lines over some lines , so what could cauze this kind of
problems , if there is some update solve thease bugs
where can i find it , i'll appriciate any help

These aren't bugs - this is a problem with your printer/printer driver - it
has nothing whatsoever to do with Office.
