build a name selector on a rota with the location showing against that persons name

Hi..

I am looking for someone to either show me or to do and show me th
following please..

i have a shift pattern that has say for instance 50 locations some ar
multy manned some are single sites each most are manned with preminan
staff others need temp staff all week some of the sites have a rotatio
of 1-4 weeks with that it could have 1-5 days off in it staff might nee
to have time off as well so where the gaps are i would like to be abl
to select from a list of people that are allowed to work there only t
show and at the bottom there is a matrix with the person to the left an
when you fill in the gap in the location above it shows below.....?
