Build team error

I have Project Server 2003 with SP2.
When any of my projectmanagers go to tools-build team from enterprise they
get the following error.

An import error occured

Check row 148 column Reserved_Resume Date
This is not a valid date or is outside the range of dates which is january 1
1984 through December 31 2049

Type the date in correct format.
To continue importing with additional error messages click yes
To continue importing with no error messages click no
To stop importing click Cancel.

Kindly suggest this is my live setup
any response is Appreciated

I had the same problem, when I tried to connect to Project Server 2003 with
sp2a from Project Professional 2003 without sp2a, you can check this.
