build team from enterprise

hello everyone,
i'm interested in exploring the "build team from enterprise" selection under
"tools". But, I do not see that button and all the other buttons are grayed
out. I am using project 2007 professional. What can I do? Thank you

Project Professional 2007 is only intended for use with Project Server 2007.
If you are not using Project Server 2007 in your organization, then you
cannot use these tools, nor do you even need Project Professional 2007.
Project Standard 2007 would more than suffice. Let us know if you are using
Project Server 2007.

i am currently not using project server 2007. I'm the only one who updates
the schedules and do not require it to be on a server.

Fair enough. Since you are not using Project Server 2007, all of the
enterprise menu options that refer to Project Server functionality are
disabled, such as Build Team from Enterprise. Hope this helps.
