Building an insurance coverage chart in Visio

At the moment, at the place I work, we don't have an experienced Visio user
and I've been asked to build a coverage chart. My question is do I have to
create the X & Y scales or does the program automate that process? Same
question for choosing the color scheme for the various insurance blocks.
Likewise, once the chart is built and policy information changes can the
chart automatically make adjustments? Thanks for your help.

For our insurance coverage charts we use PolicyPicture, it is a great
program and handles automatic scaling, shows allocation results, quota
shares, etc. Works well for large and small charts.
