Actually, there is more than one way to accomplish this. Go to one of your
deliverable pages and from the Actions Menu, select Edit in Data Sheet.
Notice the three columns of data. If you setup a SharePoint list or Excel
Spreadsheet with the same columns you can cut and paste these in this view.
I also think that you can save this content as part of your Project
Workspace Template if you want to modify this, but this will affect every
site. See the following blog post for an illustrated guide to modifying the
project workspace template:
