Bulk email handling

How I can handle bulk email followup. I have sent one email to 240 people and
their replies are comming accordingly. But handling these email like to whome
send reminders and form which persone reply received is very difficult.

Please guide me Is there any option available in OUTLook?

Now you found out why Outlook is a *personal* e-mail CLIENT, not
designed for bulk mailings. If you want to send bulk mails and also
handle the replies, Google on bulk mailing programs. Outlook isn't one
of them.
