Bulk email to Contacts

I have a number of email addresses in my system about 3 - 400 which are just
simply emails from suppliers and clients. I want to create them as contacts
, however I know how to do it seperateley but is there an add on or a way to
add them as contacts as bulk i.e all at once. I am using SBS2003,Exchange
server 2003 and outlook 2007

Any Ideas greatly appreciated
