Hello
I have a customer that is running a 3rd party CRM package that dumps a
series of emails into outlook as an eshot. The emails are sent to the
draft folder and then automatically out.
The customers are sending any number of emails to outlook, but if a
number in excess of 250 is put into outlook, those first 250 go, but
any others sit in the drafts box as if they are normal draft emails.
Are there any limits in outlook that could be causing this? I have
checked their pop3 / SMTP settings on the host and they have no limits
either.
The customer now has 700+ emails in her drafts box and wants rid of
them. Is there a way to automatically send these without having to go
into each one and press "send."
Any help would be gratefully received
