Bulk save and import for Outlook 2000

Is there a program that would allow me to import an
entire folder of icalander and/or vcard files into
Outlook 2000 instead of having to do one at a time?
Also, is there one that would allow me to SAVE an entire
folder of the same from within Outlook?
