Bullet Graphics Don't Display in Browsers

When I use themes in Word to make web pages, bullet graphics do not
show up in web page preview or online after I publish a page. All
other graphics display properly. I suspect that the image files for
the bullets are not being saved to the folder that holds the image
files for a page, but why?

This problem occurs in both Word 97 for Windows and Word 2004 for the
Mac.
