Bullet Points Printing as Question Marks or Other Symbols

My Samsung ML6060 (USB) has started printing all bullet points as different
symbols. Numbers print OK.

I am running Office Pro 2003. I have not changed any settings.

I have reloaded the printer driver, XP Pro SP2 identifies this and loads it
as a PCL automatically.

This started to happen in existing word documents and new ones I have created.

This started completely randomly.

Any ideas please - I have a dissertation to print!

Make sure that you have the Wingdings font installed and that it is not
damaged.
