Bullet type when using autoformat as type

Hi,
any idea how I can change the bullet type permanently for the autoformat feature, e.g. when I type

- test bullet list

which bullet symbol is chosen?

The bullet chosen is the last one you used from Format>Bullets and
Numbering.

So there's no such thing as changing it "permanently" ‹ it will always be
the one you used last.

If you want a bit more control over it, format the List Bullet style to your
liking, then use Customise Toolbars to put a button for it on your toolbar.
