Bulleted List Styles.

Hi.

Somehow my computer started using the 'No List' buleted list style
rather than (my favorite) 'Current List1' style. Now when I use
bulleted lists, it won't let me increase or decrease levels. This is
terribly problematic. Is there any way to make the 'CurrentList1'
style my default? Or how do I at least restore all defaults? I feel
like that might work too....
