Bulleted lists

I am trying to create a bulleted list in a publisher website. I am using
Publisher 2003. I have based my website around one of the inbuilt templates
though I have made some changes to the template.

My problem is this: when I applying the inbuilt style list bullet or list
bullet 2, I get a weird looking hanging indent when I preview the page in my
browser.

This hanging indent doesn't appear in the actual publisher page I am working
on (ie, when not being previewed).

How can I get around this so that my bulleted list is all nicely aligned
even when viewed in the web browser? After all, that's how people are
eventually going to see the page!

that is a print publication functionality that won't work well in the world
of web publications. for a web publication you need to insert a bullet
graphic separate of an accompanying text box. you can find bullets in the
design gallery or in clipart.

Thanks for this information. Do I understand you correctly? Do you mean I
have to create a textbox for each bulleted item and select my own 'bullet'
graphic?

Select the desired graphic, insert it on page, add a textbox next to it.
Repeat.
