bulletin board

I am attempting using FrontPage 2000 to create a bulletin board.
Unfortunately the online help is unclear as to how to configure the various
components that I created using the wizard. Any help any one can offer
would be appreciated.

Wouldn't it be much easier to get a full fledge BB that's already done and free? they are out there, you know?
