bullets and line spacing in web publishing

In trying to prepare my Publisher 2000 website, I have 2
problems:

1. Bullets always default to the round bullet in Web
Page Preview, even though I set it to another type of
bullet in the publication. The font is loaded and
embedded. No other types in any font work in Web Page
Preview or Internet Explorer. Why?

2. In a sub-list of bullets (i.e., second type of bullet
indented after another type), there is always a blank
line inserted. None of the formatting shows it but it
always appears in Web Page Preview. Why?

Thanks!

This is an old problem with Pub 2000. What you have to do is create
separate text boxes for formatted text with bullets and formatted text
without bullets, then place them right next to each other. I don't know how
to correct the problem of you inserting your special bullets. Sorry.

If you want to see how I corrected this problem go here

These are limitations of HTML. Web page design is very much different from
print design. I recommend you visit http://www.davidbartosik.com/pub2k.htm
and learn about using Pub as a web tool.
If you desire a custom bullet you insert a image of a bullet. Look in
clipart under bullets for a good selection.
