Bullets and numbering

I'm rather puzzled about something. In my MS Word I go to format>>Bullets
and numbering and in the lower right hand side there is an option to use a
check mark as a bullet.

One of my users wants to use that, however, her MS word doesn't have the
check mark. We're both using Office 2003 SP1. Why is hers different than
mine, and what can I do to get the check marks as an option for her?

Tell her to click Reset for the List Gallery pane that ordinarily has the
check mark as the default.

That's funny I figured that out and when I got back to my desk saw this
notification.
