Bullets and Numbering

Is there a way to customize the bullets/numbering in a "rich" text box, like
you can in word. Or should i be using a different control for that field?

Yes I have and the numbering is only:
1.
2.
3.
etc... I wanted to outline such as
1.
a.
2.
a.
b.

Yes it is doable in a Rich Text Box. You will have to use appendChild to
build your content.

What exactly are you wanting to do? Have you looked at what is available on the bullets and numbering task pane?
