Bullets button makes my program close

When I press the Bullets and Numbering button, my whole program closes and
says theres is an error. Can anyone help me?

That suggests either the printer driver is corrupt of the list gallery is
corrupt. Delete and reinstall the printer driver (making sure it is up to
date) and if that fails, delete the list gallery.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\List Gallery Presets

(Note: change the 11.0 to your version of Office which you failed to
mention.)
