Bullets don't show up onscreen - but they do print

Hello, I'm encountering this problem with one Word
document that I occasionally work on for a client (so a
few different people work on this document, all of whom
use Windows): Bullets that I originally formatted no
longer show up for me, in either page layout or print
preview modes. Text indentation for bulleted paragraphs
are correct, and I can see the tab arrow, but not the
bullet character. The bullets do print out however. When I
return the document to my client, they are able to see all
the bullet characters, which is fortunate as otherwise I'd
have to reapply bullet formatting every time I work on the
document (it's over 100pp) - but it is tricky editing the
document without being able to see the bullets. Any
suggestions? I searched the Knowledge Base but did not
find anything related to this issue. Might I just need a
patch?
Thank you,
Amanda

Hi Amanda,

I'd try updating your graphics card driver, for starters.

You might also try renaming your Normal.dot template to see
if that has any effect.
