No, but you can create the effect manually: Enter your bullet
character, in the appropriate font, then text. Use ALT-ENTER to
insert a line break where you want it, then spaces to indent.
Even easier:
make one column one character wide. Use this column for your
bullets. Enter your text in the next column to the right.
Thanks for the suggestions. Had already adopted the first one, but it
doesn't stand up if the column widths are changed. Will go for the second
option next time.
