Using Word 2002 I'm re-formatting a document that has been constructed by
copy/paste from a bulletin board.
The last line for a lot of messages ends with "- hj"
When I press Enter after those initials, word automatically indents it as if
it's a sub-para.
I don't want that to happen. Although the concept may sound strange, I want
that text to stay where I put it.
How can I turn the auto-indent feature be turned off?
Following a paragraph in a new document I can type a series of ------------,
& word automatically converts it to a page wide underline of the preceding
paragraph. In the same document as I just mentioned, when I press Enter to
end the paragraph I have to press it twice to get the line feed.
Then ---------------- doesn't convert to an underline. How can I fix that
problem?
