Bullets lost in latest PPT update

The lastest PPT update 11.2.4 caused all my bullets to change to half
brackets. The Bullets and Numbering menu under Format also no longer
shows all of the bullet options but instead has dashes for all of them
except dots and circles. Has anyone else had this problem?
