bullets not printing properly

I have a user who has just has Office 2000 SP3 reinstalled
in her PC and now her bulletpoint wont print properly. On
screen they are looking as the should but when printed are
coming out as question marks (?) of as a picture of a
hand. It is just a standard bullet point she is trying to
print (the round dot). Any guidance on this would be much
appreciated.
