Bullets showing up in all mailing labels

Recently I started having large bullets show up in all mailing label choices
in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box. they create labels with these
bullets, and even when I remove them on the full page of labels document,
they are indented about an inch. Any suggestions?

Have you applied bullets to the Normal style (that's what labels use)?
