Does the problem persist if you select a different printer as the
default Windows printer? If not, then the problem is a damaged printer
driver... delete and reinstall the printer in Start | Control Panel |
Printers.
This can happen if your normal.dot is corrupted or damaged.
Go to Start > Run and type Winword / a. This starts Word without add ins
and with a new temporary normal template. Does the problem happen with the
bullets then?
