This is how Visio helps with the numbered list in its 2002 verison of software
Create a numbered list:
1. Double-click a shape.
2. If you don't see the text-editing ruler, right-click the shape, and then click Text Ruler.
3. Right-click the shape, and then click Format Text. Click the Paragraph tab, and then in the Horizontal alignment list, click the alignment you want, and then click OK.
4. Type the number for the first list item, press the TAB key, type the text you want, and then press ENTER. Repeat this for each list item you want.
5. Select all of the list items.
6. On the text-editing ruler, drag the bottom of the hourglass until it's in the position you want the text (not the numbers) to align.
7. On the text-editing ruler, drag the top of the hourglass until it's in the position you want the numbers to align.
8. Click outside the shape to close the text-editing ruler.

I have a visio chart and inside the text boxes I have a number of bullited points. Is there any way that these can be numbered rather that Bullited. I hve Visio 2002 Sp-2.
