Source data is in following form, I want to bundle them to create a summary.
.. How, I do not have any idea.

Will assigning codes i.e. Standard Desktop (A), Standard Desktop with
Monitor (B), Standard Laptop (C). Standared Laptop with Monitor (D) will work
