That chart is not available within Project 2007. However Project does enable
charting and reporting using excel. Go to the "Reports" menu and take a look
at some of the built-in reports. You can probably modify one of them to get
close to what you want.
If that doesn't work for you, then you can export other data using VBA. For
example, here is a macro I wrote to make a simple duration based burndown
