Burner not recognised

I recently had a load of problems after a re install. I have managed to sort
the mojority of them thanks to the many pasts here. I used the suggested link
to retreive the drivers which were showing error 39 however i still have a
problem with the burner in Media Player. It works fine in all respects apart
from the burning. Despite uninstal and re install of media player 11 it is
still tellingme that i need to conect the burner. The drive is there and
works as are the drivers. Can someone please give me some idea of what i need
to do to get my burner recognised. Thanks

this sounds like a Windows issue. suggest you post your question to the
appropriate Windows newsgroup. this ng answers questions about using MS
Access relational database software.

Sorry Tina thought this was an area where i could get all kinds of help.
Didnt realise there was a separate are for this problem. Thanks for the heads
