If you don't have separate disk burning software - such as Toast - use
Apple's Disk Utility that comes with your Mac OS.

The reason CyberTaz suggested Disk Utility. is for finder you only have
the ability to create CD-R or DVD-R only.

where as in Disk Utility you have the ability to create Rewritable disk
in which you can add on to each CD/DVD as needed.

Toast will certainly make things easier, but MacOS X 10.5 has DVD/CD
burning capabilities built-in.

From the Finder, create a new Burn Folder from the File menu. Drag
whatever you want burned onto CD or DVD into it. Click on the Burn
button and feed your system media. When it's done, the burned disk will
appear on the desktop. Drag it to the Trash to eject it.
