There is a software program called "ACT contact Manager". The software
directly integrate's contacts with their calander, email, phone dialer, pdf's
,word documents ect... It stores all the contact history effortlessly.
Example to schedule an appointment simply drag the contact onto the calander.
When you receive an email with a date action to - do. You can copy the email
onto the calander for a reminder of your to - do.
Look at a contact and all the history is right there. Great for a sales
tools.
Business contact manager needs to make the "history" automatic for every
contact. Microsoft needs to play with the software. I have consulted with the
product managers of "ACT" for years. I would like to help Microsoft.
