Bus. Cont. Mgr. Error when starting Outlook

New Sony Vaio TX series. When starting Outlook 2000 I get a dialog box that
says Business Contact Manager, Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040200.

Click OK and it throws the standard "Business Contact Manager has
encountered a problem and needs to shut down....

Only, I never started Business Contact Manager, and can't determine how to
stop the error.

Any help will be very greatly appreciated.
