Business Card Settings in Contacts

I'd like to change the info shown in existing contacts all at once. Also, I'd
like to change the default settings for new business cards, so I don't have
to go through this again. I'm not talking about custom business cards, I'm
speaking of the ones that are automatically included in all Contacts
