Business card templates and photos

If I elect to use one of the Word templates for business cards I would like
(actually, one of our local Mac user group members would like) to insert a
small photo to be reproduced on the cards. Is there any way to insert such a
photo so that it automatically replicates on all the cards on the page?

This happens automagically in AppleWorks, according to my friend who is
seeking my help with a Word problem.

Hi Allen:

Yes, it's possible (easy!).

Tell your friend to look up "Bookmarks" and "Cross-references" in the Help.

You bookmark the first instance and cross-reference it everywhere else.
