Greestings,

Is there a way to duplicate what Publisher does in Word? What I want to do
is make duplicate 3x5 cards, but I want to type in one spot and have it
populate four places in my document and print? Publisher can do this but
can Word?

If you use a label type mailmerge main document, you can use the propogate
labels facility to replicate the text from the first label to the other
labels on the sheet.
