Is there a way to display a field in the Business Contact History Items
section of a Business Contact window that indicates whether an email message
history item was incoming or outgoing? The absense of such a field is
particularly annoying when there is a conversation going on between the
contact and I and the subjects of the emails are the same. Thanks!
