Business Contact Manager 2003 error message.....

Hi,

I just installed Business Contact Manager for Outlook
2003 and have been getting this error message when I try
to start it...:

"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid.
Contact Business Contact Manager Support. You can find
contact information in thje "Contact us" topic in the
Business Contact Manager..."

Has anyone else had this problem? What could the problem
be?
