business contact manager 2007

After adding a new business contact and creating an opportunity, Business
Contact Manager will not allow me to convert to a quote, it gives the message
- Business Contact manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again. Even if I try again, it will still not convert.
Can anyone help with this?

Might be a corrupt form cache. Search this newsgroup or the Help for
instructions on how to clear the Outlook forms cache, and try it.

Thanks for the reply. I have cleared the cashe but the problem remains. I
have also seen the reply regarding enabling disabled items, but I can't seem
to find this in Outlok 2007. Is there something else that I can try?

Thank you

Converting to quote requires integration with an accounting system. Do
other features of accounting integration work in BCM? Can you see
financial history and summary information in the form of an account
linked to the accounting system? What accounting application if BCM
integrated with?

BCM is integrated with Microsoft Office Accounting 2007, I can see all the
item information etc that I posted in the accounts package in BCM, so it
appears to be fully integrated.
