Business Contact Manager 2007

Hi folks,

I was running Office 2003 including outlook with business contact
manager (BCM).
Just obtained Office 2007 Ulitmate which includes outlook with BCM
2007.


I started to update outlook and asked me to backup my BCM database
which I did. It installed the SQL engine and started the main
installation. However this failed without an error code.


I ran CD2 (BCM) again and it just fails without a reason being given.
I tried a complete unisntall of BCM and SQL and tried again, and
still
no joy.


Has anyone experienced the same problem? Anyone have a workaround?
