Business contact manager accessing contacts

I have installed Office 2003 Beta. Worked ok. I then
added business contact manager and get message every time
I open an email that says a program is trying to access
my contacts and may be a virus. Have scanned several
times with Norton and find no virus. How do I stop the
message which appears to be caused by business contact
manager. I am also updating a pda (Dell Axium) which had
no problem before business contact manager and still
works fine.
