business contact manager Crash when copying over contacts to B con

Every time I try and copy my contacts from my "contacts" folder, to my
business contacts folder outlook crashes. Sends error report EventType :
bcm P1 : mapi P2 : indexoutofrangeexception P3 : 1.0.2002.8 P4 :
11.0.6359 P5 : avechangesmanaged P6 : convertmvunicodetostringarray
P7 : a4b19bd1
Not sure if that helps or matters.
I recently got the new card scan 7.0 that says it is compatable with outlook
2003, it also has an accucard service. This is the only thing that has
changed. I transfer my cardscan contact to the contacts folder in outlook,
then I had been able to copy and paste it to the Business Contacts folder in
Business Contact Manager. Please help. (e-mail address removed)
