Business Contact Manager Files

I'd like to import some data to BCM from another program,
including notes of various types. To find the format I'd
need, I created a phone log entry for a contact and then
attempted to find the entry by linking the tables in
Access.

I can see the header information for my entry in
the 'Business History' table, but I don't see where the
content is stored.

Can someone tell me where I find the actual text that was
included in the phone log entry?
