Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Pro

I was wondering if anyone has ever had their system crash (blue screen) after
installing this program add-on. I have tried at least 5 times to boot
Windows XP Pro but have had no success. It was running perfectly fine until
after I installed BCM. The only other thing I did was put in a printer
driver cd, but the laptop didn't even have time to read it - my cd drive went
crazy and made a TON of noise while spinning up the cd. I manually ejected
it and then decided to restart my laptop to see if that was the problem.
It's definitely a software problem because it gets to the Windows XP splash
screen and beings to load, then blue screens and restarts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I'm not aware of any BCM code running until Outlook starts up,
although BCM installs Sql Server, and that starts automatically as a
service. If you can get Windows to boot in safe mode, you could
disable that service and then try booting normally.
