Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 install fails

One of my users who has Office 2007 asked me to install Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2007. I got the install files from our company's MOLP rep
and ran the install. It asked me to install two Hotfixes for .NET, which I
did, then proceeded with the BCM 2007 install. At the very end it said
installation failed and pointed me to the log file.

I've pasted the last section of the log file below. Note that it says
installation failed but I can't see any reason why.

The actual error should be at about the midpoint of the log file (try
searching for "error") because the installer will rollback everything
its done up to the point when it ran into the error.

Ok, I found an error which says:

"Error 1308.Source file not found: E:Microsoft\Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2007\Install files\program files\Microsoft Small Business\Business
Contact
Manager\en-US\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.ImportExportUI.resources.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

E: is the thumb drive with the install files. I did a search for
Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.ImportExportUI.resources.dll
and it wasn't there. The closest file is
Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.ImportExportUI.dll (without
".resources.").

I can't imagine that our MOLP rep didn't download everything because the
file is pretty deep in the file structure. You would think if he got that
structure he would have gotten that file. I wonder if the version he got is
different from the version of Office.

The version of Office 2007 that is installed is Enterprise.
