Business contact Manager "FORM NOT FOUND"

When I try to add a business contact in BCM I get the
message "FOrm not FOUnd" or "Unable to DIsplay Form". I
tried to reinstall BCM with the same results.I then
Uninstall BCM and reinstall it, this temporarily fixes
the problem, but later on it is gone again.

When I HOtsync the file to my Palm PDA. I use the Outlook
overwrites PDA. So this should not be a factor.
