Business Contact Manager, How do I make Follow ups aprear in my .

When I flag a contact as a follow up (maybe to remind me to call the
customer back the next day at 1pm) I am not getting the reminder and they do
not show up in my followup folder. Regular Outlook contacts show up
correctly.

Outlook followups/reminders don't work with BCM Contacts.

Thanks for the fast reply. Realizing now that follow up reminders don't work
with BCN, is there a way to identify the contacts that have a Due by date
along with the Follow up flag?

You can add a task to the contact and set the due by date on the task.

Also, there is a 3rd party - http://www.slovaktech.com/ - who makes a
reminder manager that *will* work with flags set in BCM.
