Business contact manager not able to setup

I have BCM installed and then I deleted the folder. At
this point I want to reinstall but I cannot. I have tried
to reinstall from the technical refresh and it asks me to
remove a previously install version in add/remove
programs. When I try to I get a "Fatal Application error"
and I cannot remove the Business contact manager to be
able to reinstall.

TRy using the Add/Remove option from control panel. However, at this point,
I would advise to uninstall all of Office and reinstall.
