Business Contact Manager on Terminal Server

I want to install Business Contact manager on a Terminal Server, but the BCM
demands Cache mode. This mode isn´t enable in a Terminal Server enviroment.

I can´t be the first one to who want to install BCM on a Terminal Server.
I am very greatful for all help and tip that have anything to do with my
problem.

I saw no infomration about the cache mode in this MS article.

Anyone else how have any knowledge about running a BCM on a Terminal Server?
